Thiru M. K. Stalin, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, unveiled XXX All India Builders’ Convention and officially initiated the implementation of focusing on accelerated growth, cost reduction and ways to achieve economies of scale and constructions on 12th March 2022 in the presence of Thiru. Durai Murugan, Minister for Water Resources, Thiru. E.V. Velu, Minister for Public Works & Highways, and Thiru. T.M. Anbarasan, Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MS&ME).

Shri. R.N. Gupta (President, Builders’ Association of India), Shri. Bhishma R. Radhakrishnan (Chairman – XXX All India Builders’ Convention), Shri. L. Shantha Kumar (Chairman – Builders’ Association of India, Southern Centre), Mr. S. Ayyanathan (Vice President – South – ll), Mr. R. Sivakumar (State Chairman – Tamil Nadu), Mr. Mu. Mohan (Chairman – Organising Committee), Mr. J.R. Sethuramalingam (Hon. Secretary), and Mr. L. Venkatesan (Hon. Treasurer), were also attended the Convention.

The XXX All India Builders’ Convention will further help in evolving specific recommendations for alleviating the problems faced by the builders and address for levels, institutions, organizations engaged in training, formulation of standards, codes, research and development exhorting the construction industry players for mobilizing their capacities in implement policies and strategies.

Builders’ Association of India handed over the resolution to Thiru M.K. Stalin for the implementation of CONSTRUCTION LABOURERS WELFARE & INSURANCE SCHEME which was the main agenda during the inauguration of XXX All India Builders’ Convention.
